Eligibility for Exchange, Return, or Refund
Requests for exchange, return, or refund must be initiated within 24 hours from the date of product delivery.
The product must be unused, unaltered, in its original sealed condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Important Conditions
An unboxing video is mandatory for all return, exchange, or damage-related claims.
The video must be clear, continuous, and recorded at the time of opening the package.
Without an unboxing video, no return, exchange, or refund request will be accepted or entertained.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:
The request is raised after 24 hours from delivery.
The product has been used, altered, or tampered with.
The product is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or overuse by the customer.
In the unlikely event that a product is received damaged or not in proper condition due to transit issues, it may be returned unused and in its original packaging, subject to verification.
Processing Timeline
Once the returned product is received and verified:
Replacement products will be delivered within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method and banking process.
Order Cancellation Policy
If an order is cancelled before shipment, the full paid amount will be considered for refund as per policy.
If the cancellation request is raised after the product has been shipped, a deduction of INR 500 will be applied towards shipping and packaging charges.
