At Dubai Merchants (World Walk Travels), we take full accountability for the products we sell. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we offer a 24-hour return, replacement, and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.


Eligibility for Exchange, Return, or Refund

  • Requests for exchange, return, or refund must be initiated within 24 hours from the date of product delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, in its original sealed condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Important Conditions

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return, exchange, or damage-related claims.

  • The video must be clear, continuous, and recorded at the time of opening the package.

  • Without an unboxing video, no return, exchange, or refund request will be accepted or entertained.


Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The request is raised after 24 hours from delivery.

  • The product has been used, altered, or tampered with.

  • The product is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or overuse by the customer.

In the unlikely event that a product is received damaged or not in proper condition due to transit issues, it may be returned unused and in its original packaging, subject to verification.


Processing Timeline

  • Once the returned product is received and verified:

    • Replacement products will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

    • Refunds will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method and banking process.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • If an order is cancelled before shipment, the full paid amount will be considered for refund as per policy.

  • If the cancellation request is raised after the product has been shipped, a deduction of INR 500 will be applied towards shipping and packaging charges.
